THE REFERENCE SHELF

Clover RPG Traits

Sources checked

Clover RPG traits are passive perks with stat, level, point, quest or kill requirements. Meet the requirement, enter the Inner Realm through U and learn the available trait through meditation. Plan around the effect and its actual threshold: Weapons Expert supports proficiency growth, Mob Slayer adds damage against mobs, and Graceful Escape improves dodge frames.

A selected documented trait reference, not an exhaustive trait catalogue. October 2026 written guides disagree about some costs; the conflicting Arcane Rebound cost is not resolved here.

Documented effects and requirements

The table preserves the listed cost type instead of treating every point as a character Stat Point. These are the selected traits with useful, sufficiently described requirements in the cited original guides.

Learn a trait without confusing the requirements

Use the attribute reference to distinguish a stat threshold from the Skill Points spent on the trait. After meeting the displayed requirement, press U, enter the Inner Realm and use meditation to learn the trait. Some options also require a quest, Marks or a prior trait.

Bounty Hunter is described as halving PvE EXP irreversibly. Its exact selection warning matters more than its position on a tier list. Do not choose it while trying to accelerate the early quest progression loop without understanding that consequence.

The checked written sources do not establish a universal way to remove every learned trait. A stat reset is not proof of a trait refund, and a character wipe is not a harmless respec.

Arcane Rebound: effect and conflicting cost

The described effect restores 5% mana on a successful parry or dodge. Several summaries incorrectly turn this into restoration on any block; that broader trigger is not used here.

The guides agree on level 20 and 10 Intelligence, but the published point cost differs: the magic guide lists four Points, while the Gamezebo trait list and community trait page list six Skill Points. Both mention 50 Marks. Check the actual learning interface before allocating around that cost; no single current price is asserted.

This is why a magic ranking cannot replace a trait requirement check. A recommendation can be useful while one numerical cost remains unsettled.
