Use a Magic Reroll item to change an existing Clover RPG magic element. The recorded Essence shop lists the item at 650 Essence; a linked written reference also reports a Robux route without establishing a fixed price. Buying Essence and buying a Magic Reroll are separate transactions. The item draws another random magic, so you cannot select Time, Wind or another target. A Magic Variant Reroll changes appearance instead of replacing the element.
October 2026 Magic Reroll shop reports. The visible 650-Essence price can change, the Robux total is unverified and no specific random outcome is promised.

Get your first grimoire before planning a replacement. The release-era ceremony route gives your initial random element; buying a reroll is a later choice, not a required step in obtaining the first book.
Read the item name and description. The shop card Magic Reroll says it rerolls the magic element. Family Name Reroll, Race Reroll and a cosmetic Magic Variant Reroll solve different problems. Do not select one because its icon or price resembles the item you need.
Open Tab → Ability to review your current magic and Tab → Skills to review the kit you have learned. Choose what role you want to change before spending; a tier-list opinion does not guarantee that a new random element will suit you better.
Use the Essence-shop item route
The shop recording establishes the purchase controls; PGG’s original instructions establish that using the Magic Reroll item draws a new type. Buying the item and using it are separate checkpoints. Do not infer that closing the purchase window means your element has already changed.
- On the character whose magic you intend to replace, open the green shopping-cart icon and choose the Essence shop.
- Find Magic Reroll in the Shop section below the Essence packs. Select that card, not a Bag, Sack or Box of Essence.
- In CONFIRM PURCHASE, check the item name, quantity and total. The shown single-item example is “MAGIC REROLL”, “650 total” and “1x”, with Purchase and Cancel buttons. Purchase one only if that displayed cost is acceptable and your available balance covers it.
- Find the purchased Magic Reroll item in your inventory and use it to roll another magic type. This is a random replacement; it does not offer a choice from the seven-element list.
- Open Tab → Ability again and inspect the resulting element, then review the available skills and passives. Compare the result with your earlier record before spending another item. A roll does not let you request a particular element or guarantee a rarity upgrade.

Understand the cost before changing magic
The visible shop price is 650 Essence per Magic Reroll in both the supplied Keiito shop frame and the separately checked purchase-confirmation footage. The linked written reference also reports a Robux purchase route, but this review did not establish a fixed Robux total. Current offers can change; use the currency and total in your own confirmation window as the transaction cost.
Earned Locked Essence can pay for shop items, but those purchased items are untradeable in the written reference and the original short guide’s tooltip. Paid Essence and paid-item trading have different conditions. Do not buy using Locked Essence with a plan to trade that copy to another player.
A roll replaces the magic element with another random result. It does not reserve your preferred element or guarantee an upgrade. The sources provide no undo procedure or guarantee that every old skill investment transfers to the new kit, so review the resulting skills and Grimoire Echo before investing further.
Bael and Gladiator are listed as rare Magic Reroll drop sources. No verified rate or guaranteed number of clears is established. If you already own a drop, the shop purchase is unnecessary; use the correctly named item and inspect the result. The Bael encounter guide covers that fight’s access.
Element, variant and wipe are separate choices
A Magic Variant Reroll changes the cosmetic version of your current magic. It does not turn Flame into Time or add the other element’s skills. The magic variants section keeps that distinction separate from the element table.
A character-slot wipe is a progression reset. The written reroll reference describes it as returning to level 15, retaining race and family, and offering a choice about keeping the grimoire; declining to keep the book means progressing to the ceremony again. That route costs character progress rather than just one item. It is not part of the item procedure above, and it is unsuitable as an accidental substitute for a shop reroll.
If you need a different build, check whether a learned passive, an active skill or a gear slot is actually missing first. The build assembly shows why owning an element alone does not mean its defining setup is already active.
Stop at the checkpoint that failed
If the purchase cannot complete, check the selected currency, balance, quantity and displayed total before retrying. If an item was received but the element has not changed, purchase and use are still different actions; locate Magic Reroll rather than repeatedly buying more.
If only the colour changed, check whether you used a variant reroll. If the element result repeats, that does not establish a failed random roll. If skills are absent, inspect the new kit in Tab and Inner Realm instead of assuming another reroll is required.
These checks do not establish a refund policy. Preserve the current state and consult the game’s official support or announcements if a transaction behaves differently from its displayed offer.
Sources and process boundary
PGG explicitly describes the item as a random magic replacement. The supplied recording shows the 650-Essence shop card; Raf_Dev’s recording shows the purchase-confirmation controls. Neither purchase frame is described as a demonstration of the final random outcome. The result check above is a practical check of the documented element-changing effect.
